Accountability

  • Full impact record, 2017 — 2026

    Open now

Every documented outreach with its date, pillar, location, beneficiary group, and what was handed over — with commitments listed separately from delivered work. Generated directly from the public record on this site, so it is never out of date. Open it and print to PDF.

Live — generated from the public record

  • Annual activity reports, 2017 — 2022

    On request

The fellowship’s year-by-year activity reports with photographic evidence of each outreach, as compiled internally. Available to donors, partners, and institutions on request.

  • Shiloh 2023 outreach brief

    On request

The costed statement of intent published around the 2023 summit, covering the Somolu medical outreach, the ten-woman empowerment programme, the 300-pupil school drive, the Bethesda education sponsorship, and the Gbagada maternity visit.

  • Annual financial statement

    In preparation

Income and application of funds for the giving year. Being prepared for publication; donors and partners requiring figures before it is published should contact the team.

Governance

  • Organisation profile

    Open now

Who Shiloh is, the leadership, the vision and mission, the seven programme pillars, contact routes, and giving details — in one printable sheet for partners, sponsors, and institutions requesting a profile.

  • Registration and constituting documents

    On request

Shiloh operates as the outreach arm of Daughters of Zion, the Ladies Fellowship of RCCG City of Zion. Institutional donors requiring formal registration or constituting documentation should contact the team directly, who will confirm the current position and provide what applies.

  • Safeguarding and image consent policy

    In preparation

The written policy covering consent for photography of beneficiaries — particularly patients, children, and vulnerable adults — and conduct standards for volunteers on outreach. Being formalised in writing; the practice it describes is already applied to every photograph published on this site.

Giving

  • Designated giving statement

    On request

A statement showing what your designated gift was applied to, which outreach it reached, and when. Issued per donor on request, and as standard to corporate partners.

  • Giving receipt

    On request

An acknowledgement of your gift for your own records. Send the team the date, amount, and fund and a receipt will be issued.

Partnership

  • Corporate partnership pack

    On request

Programme scope, partnership tiers, reporting commitments, and the medical, education, and empowerment fronts currently open to institutional partners.

The standard we hold ourselves to

Three habits that make the paperwork honest.

  1. Commitments and results stay in separate columns

Where a figure is a target, it is labelled a target. Nothing on this site converts a plan into an achievement by quietly dropping the word “proposed”.

  2. A missing document is published as missing

The safeguarding policy and the annual financial statement are not yet written. They appear in this register anyway, marked as in preparation, because a donor deserves the real answer rather than a gap.

  3. Consent governs every photograph

Where a beneficiary is a patient, a child, or a vulnerable adult, we publish an image only where consent is clear. That is why several records in the archive carry no photograph at all.
